Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Spread flour on your countertop. Using a roller pin, flatten the biscuits. Piece them together to make a rectangle, four (4) on the bottom and four (4) on the top. The biscuits can be tricky so try to pinch them together before rolling them. Once formed as a rectangle, spread butter on top. Then put the brown sugar evenly. Next, sprinkle some cinnamon all over.
Start rolling the biscuits. Once fully rolled, cut into sizes that you want. Grease your baking dish, then place the cinnamon rolls. Bake them in the oven until golden brown.
Mix milk, room temperature cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla flavoring in a bowl until like a sour cream consistency. Adjust the taste based on your preference.
Remove the cinnamon rolls from the oven and spread the frosting on top.
Now you are done.
