This dish has all your favorite taco flavors and the gooey melted cheese that we all crave. If you are a fan of taco recipes and pasta like me, this is the ultimate meal for you. I love making this on busy days when I don’t have much time on my hands. It requires little preparation, and everything goes straight to the pot. Serve it at home, and I’m sure it will be an instant hit.
Add the ground beef into a pan over heat. Break it into pieces then add the onion and garlic. Cooked until browned. Season with salt. Drain the fat and oil.
Add the tomatoes, taco seasoning, and beef broth. Mix until well combined.
Put the spaghetti. Make sure it’s completely submerged. If it’s not, add more beef broth or hot water. Bring it to a boil. Once boiling, cover it with the lid and reduce the heat to low. Cook it for 12 to 15 minutes, while stirring occasionally.
Remove the lid and cook it for 2 to 3 minutes to allow the sauce to evaporate. Turn the heat off and mix. Add the shredded cheese on top and replace back the lid. Let it melt for a couple of minutes.
Garnish with parsley or cilantro. Serve and enjoy!
