Directions:

Step 1

In a pan, add a pound of ground beef; break it apart then tossed in the onion and garlic and cook it all the way through or until the color is brown. Add a dash of salt; just a little bit to taste. After the beef has been cooked, drain it from its fat. Add the diced tomatoes, taco seasoning, and two cups of beef broth. (You can also use two cups of water if you don’t have beef broth.) Next, add the dry spaghetti pasta. Make sure it is submerged in the liquid for it to cook up nicely. You can add more beef broth to make sure the pasta is nicely submerged. Bring it to a boil then cover it up; reduced the heat to low, and let it cook for 12-15 minutes. (Make sure to stir it from time to time.)

Step 2

After 15 minutes, take away the lid. Stir the pasta while letting the remaining liquid evaporate for 2-3 minutes. After the liquid has reduced, add the grated cheese on top then cover it up. Let it sit until the cheese has melted. (Make sure the stove is turned off at this point.) Finally, add some chopped fresh cilantro to pop up some color.
