In a medium bowl, combine all the spice ingredients. Add 1 teaspoon to the chicken and mix well. Next, add 1 teaspoon to the shrimp and mix until well coated.
In a food processor, add sliced tomatoes and hot chili pepper. Blend well until it’s crushed.
Add oil to a pan and cook the seasoned chicken. In the same pan, fry the sausages, then cook the shrimp. Transfer to a plate.
Add more oil to the pan, then add chopped onions and minced garlic. Fry until softened. Next, add tomato paste and cook for a few minutes. Add the blended tomatoes, spice mix, thyme, chicken bouillon, chopped red bell pepper, washed rice, chicken stock, water, and salt. Mix then cover with the lid. Cook for 30 minutes on low heat.
After 30 minutes, remove the lid and add the cooked, shrimp, sausages, and chicken onto the rice. Mix everything until well combined.
Serve and enjoy while still warm!
