I’ve been trying different shrimp recipes, and this one by nicky everyday meal definitely stood out. It’s the best fried shrimp balls I have ever tasted. The outside is so crispy, and it’s well-seasoned. Dip it in the sauce, and you have the perfect appetizer and snack. This finger food is just so good – you won’t stop eating it until there is nothing left.

Instructions:
Step 1:
Slice the shrimp in half, and set the bottom half aside. Slice the top part into small pieces and place them on a food processor or grinder. Blend until it turns into a paste, then transfer to a bowl.
Step 2:
Add 1/2 teaspoon of salt, 1/2 teaspoon of sugar, and 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper to the minced shrimp. Mix until well combined.
Step 3:
Get 2 shallow or pasta bowls. Beat the egg in the first one, then put the breadcrumbs into the other. Get a small bowl and fill it with water.
Step 4:
Dip your hands into the water and get a half tablespoon of seasoned minced shrimp. Flatten it out into a circle, then place one bottom half shrimp. Form the minced shrimp into a ball, coat in flour, dip into the egg wash, then coat with the breadcrumbs. Repeat with the remaining shrimps.
Step 5:
Pour a generous amount of oil into a frying pot and place over medium heat. Once the oil is hot, put the shrimp balls in. Fry until crispy and golden brown.
Step 6:
Make the sauce. In a bowl, combine all ingredients.
Step 7:
Serve the shrimp balls with the sauce. Enjoy!
