My family loves ribs, and we always serve them at every gathering we host. One of our go-to recipes is this country-style ribs from Island Vibe Cooking on Youtube. I’m telling you, every time we make this; our guests will surely ask for more. It’s the best recipe for country-style ribs we have tasted, and it’s pretty easy to make. You’ll be able to pull this off even if you don’t have any cooking skills, and I’m sure your family will also love this crowd-pleasing dish. Learn the full recipe by watching the video below.
To start, add a few drops of liquid smoke to both sides of the ribs. Next, rub 3 tbsp yellow mustard followed by the dry rub (1 tbsp brown sugar, 2 tsp salt, 1 tsp ground black pepper, 1 tsp smoked paprika, 1 tsp onion powder, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp cayenne pepper.) Make sure to coat the ribs entirely with the seasonings. Once you’re done, transfer the ribs to a baking rack with a foil-wrapped baking dish at the bottom. Place them in a 300 degrees F oven and bake for two hours uncovered.

Once done baking, remove them from the oven and change the foil to a brand new one. Drizzle 1/3 cup of honey onto the foil followed by 4 tbsp unsalted butter and 1 cup of Jack Daniel’s honey bbq sauce. Place the ribs over and coat them well with the sauce mixture. Put them again in the oven at 300 degrees F and bake for another 30 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
