I wanted to try a different dish with cauliflower as the main ingredient, so I made this recipe by PRATİK YEMEK TARİFLERİ. Everyone in the family was surprised by its flavors. Cut the cauliflower into small pieces. Place them in a big pot and fill them with 6 1/4 cups of water. Add 1 teaspoon of salt and 2 tablespoons of milk. Place the lid and let it boil for about 8 to 10 minutes or until soft. Mix it halfway through. Strain the cauliflower and place it in a big bowl.
Add 3 eggs to the cauliflower and puree using an immersion blender until soft.
Add 3 tablespoons of flour and mix until well combined. Set it aside.
Add 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil to a frying pan. Add the onion and cook until lightly browned. Next, add the carrots and mushrooms. Cook for about 7 to 8 minutes. Add the tomatoes and cook for another 5 minutes. After that, add the green and red peppers, 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of mint, 1 teaspoon of red pepper flakes, and 1 teaspoon of black pepper. Mix until well combined. Cook for 1 minute before turning off the stove.
Transfer the mashed cauliflower to a greased casserole dish and spread it evenly.
Add the vegetables and spread them on the cauliflower. Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top.
Bake inside the oven at 356 degrees Fahrenheit for about 20 minutes.
Once done baking, let it cool for a while. Slice then serve. Enjoy!
