Best Corn on the Cob Ingredients

  • 2 corn (shucked and cleaned)
  • 2 teaspoons of parmesan cheese (plus more for garnish)
  • 1/8 teaspoon of paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon of salt or as needed
  • 1 tablespoon of unsalted butter (melted)
  • 2 lime wedges
  • cilantro for garnish

How to Make Corn on the Cob in the Air Fryer

Step 1:

Start by preheating your air fryer at 400F for 5 minutes.

Step 2:

Shuck and clean the corn.

Step 3:

Add melted butter to a small bowl, followed by cheese, paprika, garlic, black pepper, and salt. Mix until well combined.

Step 4:

Brush the mixture all over the corn.

Step 5:

Place the coated corn in the air fryer basket.

Step 6:

Air fry the corn at 400F for about 10 to 14 minutes. At the 7 minute mark, flip the corn and continue air frying.

Step 7:

Once done, transfer the corn to your serving plate and squeeze a lime wedge. Garnish with cilantro and parmesan cheese. Serve and enjoy!
