I remember serving this for the first time at a family brunch, and since then, it’s been a family favorite, and they would always request this. Ingredients:

  • 1 block of cream cheese
  • 2 large jalapenos
  • shredded cheddar cheese
  • a pack of thin bacon
  • boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • killer honeybee seasoning

Directions:

Step 1

To start, cut the jalapenos in half, remove the seeds, and cut them into strips. Set aside. Next, combine the softened cream cheese with some killer honeybee seasoning. Spread this seasoning to the squared chicken thighs, then add a slice of jalapeno and some shredded cheese to each. After this, roll them up like a burrito as tight as you can.

Step 2

Once you’re done rolling, season the tops with some killer honeybee seasoning, then wrap each completely with the bacon slices. After this, let them sit and start firing up your smoker. Once the smoker is ready, add the chicken and start your timer for ten minutes. Rotate the lid after every ten minutes, and keep rotating it until the bacon is crispy and golden. Once done, serve them and enjoy!
