For the sauce:
Start by scoring the chicken breasts about 1/8 inch deep and 1/2 inch apart in a crisis cross pattern.
In a small bowl, add 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1 teaspoon of onion powder, 1 teaspoon of paprika, and 1 teaspoon of seasoned salt. Mix until well combined.
Sprinkle the seasoning mix on the chicken on all sides. Gently rub the seasonings on the chicken.
In a different bowl, make the bang bang sauce. Add 1 cup of mayonnaise, 1/2 cup of sweet chili sauce, and 2 tablespoons of chili garlic sauce or sriracha. Mix until well combined. Reserve a couple of tablespoons for later.
Place the seasoned chicken on your air fryer basket, then spread 2 tablespoons of the bang bang sauce on top.
Air fryer at 390F for about 20 minutes. The time depends on the size of the chicken breast. Internal temperature should be 165F.
Once done cooking, let the chicken breast rest for about 10 minutes.
Serve the chicken over white rice, then drizzle the remaining sauce on top. Garnish with chopped cilantro or green onions. Serve and enjoy!
