I love banana pudding and I had always used my Grandma’s recipe because she made the most delicious Banana Pudding, but I recently saw this recipe on Youtube for banana pudding and I decided to try it because it used whipping cream instead of the traditional custard that my Grandma used and it sounded really rich and delicious. So I thought, why not, banana pudding it is one of my very favorite desserts from my childhood and I really needed to try it every way under the sun. Well, low and behold I had forgotten how much I loved the delicate flavor of cooked bananas and memories of my Grandma came flooding back even though I was using a different recipe and I knew Grandma would have loved this recipe too and she also loved trying new things, she wasn’t really set in her ways, so I knew I had to make this Bread Pudding in a hurry! I started by getting my ingredients together which were really basic, but there is lots of delicious heavy whipping cream in this recipe.
