I love muffins, and this bakery-style muffin recipe from Hot Chocolate Hits on Youtube is my absolute favorite! It’s super easy to put together, and you can actually change the blueberries into anything you want – chocolate chips, raspberries, etc. This recipe is a staple in our house, and we usually have them in the mornings, but they’re perfect any time of the day. Watch the video below to learn the full recipe.

- 1/3 cup buttermilk (or any milk)
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup blueberries
For the streusel topping:
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans, optional
- 1 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F and line your cupcake tray with paper liners. Step 2
Next, in another bowl, add 1/2 cup all-purpose flour, 1/3 cup sugar, 1/2 cup chopped pecans, 1 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon, and 1/4 cup softened butter. Mix together well. Now, it’s time to assemble the muffins. Fill each cupcake liner around 2/3 of the way full with the batter. Then, divide the streusel topping between the muffins. Place the muffins in the preheated oven at 375 degrees F and bake them for 20 to 25 minutes or until they are golden brown. After baking, let them cool slightly, then serve and enjoy!
