Ingredients:

  • 1 small wheel of Brie or Camembert (about 9 oz)
  • 1/2 cup pecan pieces
  • 3 tbsp light-brown sugar
  • 3 tbsp pure maple syrup
  • crackers (or sliced baguette) for serving

Directions:

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F. Next, place the cheese on a baking tray and bake it until softened (about 15 to 20 minutes). After this, prep the nuts. Add 1/2 cup of chopped pecans to another baking tray, and bake until toasted and fragrant, about seven to ten minutes. Once done, sprinkle the toasted pecans over the cheese.
