Crack 2 eggs in a small bowl and beat until fluffy. Next, chop up some green onions and cut the cabbage into thin strips. Set them aside. After this, chop the bacon into strips and fry them in a pan over medium heat. Once the bacon turns brown on the edges, add the chopped cabbage. Stir fry until softened, then remove them from the pan. Turn the heat to medium-high, add some oil, then add the rice. Break the rice apart and stir fry them until warm.
After this, add the beaten eggs and continue to stir fry until the eggs are cooked. Season with 1/8 tsp salt, 2 tsp soy sauce, and 1/4 tsp black pepper. Continue to cook until the rice turns brown, then stir in the cooked bacon and cabbage along with the green onions. Serve immediately.
