Learn how to make the best baby back ribs in town through the step-by-step process on the video below, perfect for gatherings with loved ones or simply treating yourself to a decadent meal.

Ingredients:

  • 2 – 2 1/2 lb baby back pork ribs
  • 2 – 3 tbsp of yellow mustard
  • 2 1/2 tbsp Kinders brown sugar rub
  • 2 1/2 tbsp Dave’s rib pork rub seasoning

BBQ Sauce:

  • 1 (28oz) Sweet Baby Rays honey barbeque sauce
  • 1 cup of grape jelly
  • 1 tsp yellow mustard
  • 1/2 cup dark brown sugar (packed)

Directions:

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F. Next, thoroughly clean your baby back ribs with 1/2 cup lime juice and 1 cup white distilled vinegar, remove the membrane, then rinse off with lukewarm water. After this, pat it dry with a paper towel. Now, start seasoning the baby back ribs. Place them in a large aluminum tray. Add 3 tbsp of yellow mustard and coat the meat thoroughly, then rub 2 1/2 tbsp Kinders brown sugar rub and 2 1/2 tbsp Dave’s rib pork rub seasoning on both sides. Once done, let the meat sit for two to three hours.

Step 2

Now, cover the tray with aluminum foil, then place the baby back ribs into the oven (meat side up) for three to three and a half hours. After baking, set it aside while you prep the sauce. In a mixing bowl, add one bottle of Sweet Baby Rays honey barbeque sauce, 1 cup of grape jelly, 1 tsp yellow mustard, and 1/2 cup dark brown sugar. Mix well, then brush it to the entire baby back ribs. Put the meat back in the oven for another 30 minutes until the sauce is caramelized. Serve and enjoy!
