To start, boil your eggs. In the meantime, prepare the other ingredients. Remove the skin and seed of your avocados, then chop them into bite-size pieces. Next, chop 2 tbsp worth of red onion, 1 tbsp worth of chives, and 1 tbsp worth of parsley. Set them aside.

Once the eggs are done boiling, remove the skin and chop into small cubes. Now, start assembling the salad. In a large mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients, then add 1 tsp lemon juice, 2 tbsp mayonnaise, and salt and ground black pepper to taste. Toss everything well until combined. Serve and enjoy!
