In a large mixing bowl, combine one can of apple pie filling, 1/2 cup light brown sugar, 1/4 cup melted salted butter, 1 tsp apple pie spice, and 1 tsp vanilla extract. Mix well and set aside. Next, slice each biscuit into eights, then add them to the apple pie mixture. Mix well. Once done, transfer them to a casserole dish and spread them evenly. Place it in the oven uncovered and bake for 45 to 50 minutes or until the top is golden brown and bubbling.
