If you’re looking for an apple recipe, look no further, as this apple cinnamon swirl loaf from The Domestic Geek on Youtube will surely make your mouth water! This bread tasted like apple fritters but even better, and you may already have all the required ingredients. Try this today by watching the video below.
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F and grease and line your loaf pan. Set it aside. Next, combine 1/3 cup brown sugar and 1 tsp ground cinnamon in a small bowl, then set aside. Now for the batter, combine 1 1/2 cups of all-purpose flour, 2 tsp baking powder, and 1/2 tsp salt. Mix well. For the wet ingredients, combine 1/2 cup butter and 2/3 cup granulated sugar in another bowl. Mix with a handheld mixer, then add 1/2 cup milk, two eggs, 1 tsp vanilla extract, and the dry ingredients. Continue mixing until the batter becomes smooth. Set aside.

Next, peel, core, and dice your apples. Transfer them to a bowl, and add 2 tbsp granulated sugar and 1 tsp ground cinnamon, then toss. Now, it’s time to assemble the loaf. Transfer half of the batter to the loaf pan and spread them into an even layer, then add a layer of the apple mixture. After this, add a layer of the cinnamon sugar mixture; sprinkling them all over the apples. Repeat this by adding the rest of the ingredients in the same order. Once everything is set, grab a knife and kind of swirl it all over the loaf batter to give it the marbled texture. Place it in the preheated 350 degrees F oven and bake for one hour. While waiting, make the icing by combing 1/2 cup icing sugar and 3 tbsp cream. Drizzle this over the loaf once done baking.
