- 12 ounces a day old French bread
- 2 granny smith apples (peeled)
- 1 cup of brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons of cornstarch
- 6 eggs
- 2 cups of milk
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
- 1/4 cup of maple syrup
- powdered sugar to taste
- whipped cream to taste
How to Make Apple Cinnamon French Toast Bake
Step 1:
Start by preheating your oven to 350F.
Step 2:
Cut the bread into 1-inch slices, then cut into 1-inch cubes. Place on a medium bowl.
Step 3:
Dice the peeled apples into small bite-size pieces. Transfer to the same bowl as the bread, then add 1 cup of brown sugar and 2 teaspoons of cornstarch.
Step 4:
