What picnic or outdoor event would be complete without a huge pasta salad to go with your barbecue, steaks, or hamburgers? My mom’s 90th birthday was coming up and she loves macaroni salad, so I am planning a wonderful cookout for her and inviting everyone from her past. • 1 clove of garlic (finely crushed)
• 1 anchovy fillet
• 1 tablespoon of Dijon Mustard
• 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise
• 1/2 cup of red wine vinegar
• Salt and pepper (to taste)
• 1 teaspoon  of dried oregano
• 1/4 teaspoon of dried thyme
• 1 cup of extra virgin olive oil

For The Salad:

• 1/3 cup of red onion (julienned)
• Cooked pasta
• 1/3 cup of jalapeno pepper (julienned)
• 1/3 cup of pepperoncini (julienned)
• 1/2 cup of fire-roasted red pepper (julienned)
• 1 cup of baby artichoke hearts (quartered)
• 1/2 cup of sliced black olives
• 1/2 cup of sliced green olives
• 1/4 pound of salami (julienned)
• 1/4 pound of pepperoni (julienned)
• 3-ounces of deli-style ham (julienned)
• 1/4 pound of provolone cheese (julienned)
• 1/4 cup of chopped parsley
• 1 pint of cherry tomatoes
