When I saw this video recipe tutorial for Almond Joy cookies by Cooking with Honey on YouTube, I fell in love because these cookies are truly wonderful. If you love Almond Joy candy bars, then you will love these cookies! The coolest thing about these cookies is that they only require four ingredients, that are likely to be waiting in your pantry right now. I did need some coconut so I went to the new HEB in my town and bout some fresh organic coconut from the bulk section. The bulk items are the best and you save so much money purchasing that way.

These cookies are so delicious and easy! I really love them. I had my very first Almond Joy candy bar when I was little and I have been hooked ever since. There is nothing quite like the taste of coconut with chocolate and nuts. I really think these Almond Joy cookies taste better than the almond Joy candy bars, and that is really saying something!
