In a bowl, add 1 egg, 3 tablespoons of sugar, 2 teaspoons of instant yeast, and 1 cup of fresh milk. Stir well until the sugar dissolves. Then add 1/4 cup of cooking oil, 3 cups of all-purpose flour, and 1/2 teaspoon of salt. Mix well until the dough forms.
Drizzle some oil into your workspace or dust with some flour of your choice. Knead the dough until smooth for about 5 minutes
Add some oil to a bowl and grease the dough. Cover and proof for 1 hour or until its size gets doubled.
Remove from the bowl and flatten. Cut it in your preferred size. Then shape each cut into a ball.
Grease the air fryer basket with a brush, then place the dough. Cover it and let it rest for 20 minutes. Bake the bread in two batches since the air fryer is small. For the remaining dough, rest them on a separate tray.
After 20 minutes, brush the dough with egg wash or milk if preferred. Then place it in the air fryer and bake it at 260 degrees F for 10 minutes. Baking time may vary depending on the type and size of your air fryer, so check the bread after a few minutes.
Once done, remove from the basket, then cook the second batch. Do the same process.
