Ingredients
- 1 pound of jumbo shrimp (peeled and deveined)
- 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon of smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon of dried basil
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon of cayenne pepper

Instructions
Step 1:
Add the peeled and deveined shrimp in a large mixing bowl, followed by 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil and 2 tablespoons of lemon juice. Mix well.
Step 2:
Add 1 tablespoon of smoked paprika, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1 teaspoon of onion powder, 1 teaspoon of dried oregano, 1 teaspoon of dried basil, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper, 1/4 teaspoon of cayenne pepper into the shrimp, then toss to coat evenly.
Step 3:
Preheat your air fryer to 400F.
Step 4:
Thread the shrimp onto skewers or you can also place them directly in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Be sure they don’t fall through the grates.
Step 5:
Cook the shrimp in the air fryer for about 7 to 8 minutes, until they have color and have reached an internal temperature of 145F.
Step 6:
