Fried Pork Chops are so delicious but most people don’t want to be eating all that oil these days, so one of the most sensible gadgets on the market today is the awesome Air Fryer. The Air Fryer enables you to have those fried foods you enjoy so much without the detrimental effect of oxidization and free radials that an abundance of heated oil might cause. Fried Pork Chops are a family favorite to many and this recipe sees that old favorite through a different lens, that is the pork chops are not “fried” at all, at least not in the traditional sense using oil to deep fry, it is fried in an Air Fryer! So healthy and excellent! I needed to bring some fried pork chops to an event recently and I really wanted my fried pork chops to stand out because they were “healthily fried”. So when I found this Youtube video explaining how to make deep-fried pork chops in an Air Fryer, I knew I was onto a winner! The pork chops looked so gorgeous and were so beautiful with the crunchy crust stacked up on top and served with a side of healthy spring greens, and by the sound of it, these pork chops were going to be delicious as well. The pork chops I used were from my favorite healthy food market and had been grown in an organic environment, (that is not GMO corn fed). I planned on serving my air fried pork chops with a spring greens side salad in my Grandma’s hand-etched glass salad bowl at the center of the table and that made this recipe an instant Southern Classic in my world.
