The cookies bake perfectly in the fryer, giving them an extra crunch on the outside while they are kept soft and chewy on the inside. Plus, it is a quick and easy recipe to follow and is ready in less than 10 minutes.

Prepare all the needed ingredients.
In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine 2 cups of all-purpose flour and 1/3 tsp of baking powder. Mix well until well incorporated and set aside.
In a separate bowl suited for an electric mixer, whisk together ½ cup softened unsalted butter and 1 cup of smoothened creamy peanut butter. Then, add in ½ cup brown sugar and ½ cup brown sugar. Mix all the ingredients until well combined.
Next, whisk in 1 egg, 2 tbsp milk, and 1 tsp vanilla extract until well combined.
Prepare the set-aside flour mixture and slowly add it to the mix until just combined. Remember not to overmix. Using a spatula, stir in ¼ cup of chocolate chips.
Preheat the air fryer to 350F.
Take 2 tablespoonfuls of the cookie dough mix and roll them into balls. Then, using a fork, flatten the cookies. Place the cookies into the air fryer basket or onto the air fryer trays to bake for 7-8 minutes. Once done, remove the cookies from the air fryer and arrange them on a wire rack to cool.
