  • 24 Light Mozzarella Sticks
  • 1/2 cup and 2 tbsp All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 cup Panko Bread Crumbs
  • 2 Large Eggs Franks
  • Red Hot Buffalo Sauce


First, unpackaged the mozzarella sticks and add them to a freezer-safe ziplock bag. Add to the freezer overnight or till frozen. Add the all-purpose flour, panko bread crumbs, and buffalo sauce with eggs in each of their own separate bowls. Coat the mozzarella stick in flour, egg buffalo mixture and panko breadcrumbs.
