For the Glaze:
In a large mixing bowl, add 1 lb of lean ground beef, 3/4 cup milk, 1 large egg, diced bread, 1/2 tbsp onion powder, 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp dry ground mustard, 1/4 tsp black pepper, and 1/8 tsp garlic powder. Mix everything until combined.
Shape the meat mixture into a meatloaf and transfer it to the greased air fryer basket. Set the air fryer to 350 degrees F and air fry for fifteen minutes. In the meantime, make the glaze by combining 1/3 cup ketchup and 1/2 cup BBQ sauce in a small bowl. After air frying the meatloaf, brush the top with the glaze, then air fry for another ten minutes. Once done, let the meatloaf rest for about five minutes, then slice to serve.
