This fudgy chocolate cake recipe by YUMMY PH is one of them, a soft chocolate cake with a chocolatey sauce made all in one pan. This fast and sweet cake is best served warm, so there is no reason to wait for a satisfying craving. Scoop them in a bowl and pair them with some vanilla ice cream!

Ingredients:

  • ¼ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • ¼ cup all-purpose cream
  • ¼ cup water
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • ¼ cup natural cocoa powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon natural cocoa powder
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • ¾ cup hot water

Directions:

Prepare all the needed ingredients.

Combine ¼ cup unsalted melted butter, 1/, ¼ cup all-purpose cream, and ¼ cup water in a measuring cup. Mix well until incorporated.

In a separate bowl, combine ½ cup all-purpose flour, ¼ cup natural cocoa powder, 1/8 tsp baking soda, ½ tsp baking powder, ¼ tsp salt, and ½ cup sugar. Mix until well combined and there are no lumps. Combine the set aside cream mixture with the dry ingredients’ mixture. Set aside. Stir until well incorporated. Add 1 tsp natural cocoa powder and ¼ cup sugar in a small bowl. Whisk well.

In a 6-inch baking pan, pour in the cake batter. Spread the batter evenly using a spatula. Sprinkle the cocoa and sugar mixture on top of the batter. Lightly shake it to spread. Pour ¾ cup of hot water into the pan.

Place the pan in the air fryer basket and cook for 20 minutes at 350F. Once done, carefully remove the pan from the air fryer basket and let it cool slightly on a cooling rack. Scoop into a bowl and sew while it’s warm.
