Directions:

Step 1:

In a small bowl: add sugar, brown sugar, salt, and cinnamon. Whisk to incorporate, then set aside.

Step 2:

Lay the biscuits out on the counter or on a flat surface. Use a small cookie or biscuit cutter to press into the center of the biscuit to create a hole for the donut. You can also use a clean bottle cap as an alternative to the cutter.

Step 3:

Spray the basket of the air fryer with olive oil, or you can use a paper towel to wipe the surface. Then place donuts as many as your air fryer can fit without them touching. Close the lid.

Step 4:

Press start, then air crisp. Set the temperature to 360 degrees F for 10 minutes, then press the start button again. Check your donuts a few times to make sure they do not overbake.

Step 5:

After 10 minutes or when the donuts are golden brown and crispy on the outside, open the air fryer and remove your donuts. Repeat the process for all of the remaining batches.

Step 6:

Once done with all the donuts, dredge them one at a time in the melted butter and let the excess drip off. Next, coat all sides of the donut with cinnamon mix sugar in a bowl. Repeat for all the donuts.

You now have a delicious treat to enjoy! Serve warm.
