These breakfast biscuit bomb recipe by yoyomax12 on YouTube is quick, on the go breakfast meal to enjoy anywhere. This recipe is easy because it uses canned biscuits and other simple ingredients. I love how there are many variations of things to put inside of these breakfast biscuit bombs. They can be vegetarian-friendly by adding eggs and cheese or kid-friendly too. I love how mini the biscuit bombs are, and it’s a great way to have everything in one bite-sized meal. Also, you can make the biscuit bombs ahead of time, and freeze them. This recipe makes me realize that I can still have breakfast without sitting down with a full plate. I would make a personal one that has avocados, eggs, and lots of cheese.
First, cook your bacon strips or sausage to put into the biscuit bombs. Also, scramble the eggs and prep any other ingredients that you would like for the filling. Then, flatten the biscuit dough and add the breakfast fillings inside. Fold and seal the edges of the biscuit.
Next, brush the biscuit bombs with some butter and sprinkle with everything bagel seasoning if desired. Place the biscuit bombs on top of a lined parchment paper in the air fryer. Bake at 375F for about 10 minutes.
Overall, this is an interesting way to have breakfast, and I think they are so cute to grab and eat on the go. Breakfast bombs are a smart idea to have if you’re needing something quick to eat, but can’t sit down at the table.
