This air fryer bread recipe from Simple Recipes Kitchen on Youtube is ideal if you’re on a budget. It’s also super easy to make and only needs five ingredients to make. What’s more, it doesn’t need any proofing, and you’ll be able to pull this off in just under 30 minutes – perfect for busy mornings. Watch the video below to learn the step-by-step instructions.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups of all-purpose flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 200 ml whole milk
  • 2 tbsp softened unsalted butter
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Directions:

Step 1

In a bowl, add 2 cups of all-purpose flour, 2 tsp baking powder, and 1/2 tsp salt. Stir well, then add 200 ml of whole milk. Continue stirring until the dough forms. Once the dough forms, add 2 tbsp softened unsalted butter and incorporate it into the dough. If your dough is not sticky anymore, it’s ready. Now, roll it flat and cut round circles with a biscuit cutter or any round edge form.
