Broccoli is one of my favorite vegetables to eat, and I know it’s a lot of people’s least favorite. However, if it’s dressed with cheese and other ingredients, some people say it’s manageable to eat. This one-pan cheesy chicken broccoli recipe by Olesea Slavinski on YouTube only takes 20 minutes to make. It’s very simple and easy to make at home with only 7 ingredients. It’s an inexpensive meal, and it’s a good way to feed your children veggies. This is considered a keto-friendly dish, but you can serve this with a side of mashed potatoes too. I usually cook my broccoli by sauteeing it with garlic or in a stir fry, so this inspired me to go outside of what I am used to. Cheesy chicken broccoli is a meal of its own with all of the food groups in one.

This cheesy broccoli recipe reminds me of the holidays because I love broccoli casserole, and I don’t add cheese to them normally. This comes close to a broccoli casserole but it’s cooked in 20 minutes in one-pan. Also, this can be a partially healthy meal if you cut down the cheese you put into this dish and use low-fat sour cream.
