After coming across Cook with Lubna’s tutorial video on YouTube, I thought about the one time I had Domino’s cheesy garlic bread with cheese dip and was surprisingly good. There’s something about the buttery, cheesiness that Domino’s has that’s just simple yet satisfying. I want to buy the cheesy garlic bread from Domino’s and create this exact recipe to having a taste test. I think it would be fun to compare the two side by side to see if it is similar. Overall, this would be good to serve by itself or with pasta.
First, use fresh garlic for this recipe and grate the garlic cloves to make the cheesy garlic paste for the bread. Add butter, garlic, coriander leaves, mix herbs, and chili flakes. Mix the garlic mixture and this can be used up to 6 slices of bread. Apply it on one side of the sliced bread and mozzarella on another slice.
Next, place the slice of bread with the garlic spread facing up on top of the mozzarella cheese like a sandwich. Then, on medium heat, place the garlic cheese bread on a pan and spread the garlic mixture on the bottom slice of the bread. Use a lid to cover the pan for it to melt the cheese.
Once finished, use the same pan to make the cheese dip for the cheesy garlic bread. The cheese dip only requires 4 ingredients and simple. I could use this cheese dip recipe for another dish too. This reminds me of a cheesy garlic grilled cheese. This copycat Domino’s style cheesy garlic bread would pair perfectly with spaghetti or some type of pasta.
