One fix that we’ve found really, truly works is lunch in a jar. Not only can you prep these meals in advance, they are the perfect self-contained meal. The only problem is they typically come in salad form, but lets face it, we can only eat so many green lunches in a week. These are also great for when you have to work late and don’t feel like preparing dinner. Make them up ahead of time so you can just pull them out of the fridge!
