This video will also teach you the right time to season so that the seasonings don’t just fall off during cooking. A note before you start cooking: the internal temperature of the thickest part of the chicken should be at least 165F for it to be safe to eat. This is when a meat thermometer comes in handy.

Baking Frozen Chicken
Simply take a baking sheet and line it with parchment paper. Place your frozen chicken breast, then drizzle olive oil and season it with your favorite seasonings. You can also add your favorite sauce or whatever ingredients you are using for the recipe you are following.
Then you want to add approximately 50% of the cooking time to any recipe.
Example: If you are using a recipe that says bake the chicken breast at 375F for about 35 minutes, you want to add half of that time (17.5 minutes) to the total cooking time. So, instead of just cooking it for 35 minutes, you want to bake it for 52.5 minutes. This is just an estimate since not all chicken breasts are the same size.
The best way to know if your chicken is cooked is by using a meat thermometer.

Cooking Frozen Chicken in a Pan
Spray a little oil on the pan that you are using and place over medium heat. Place the chicken breast without any seasonings and cover with the lid. After 10 to 15 minutes, when the bottom turns brown, season your chicken. Flip and cook the other side. The total cooking time for the chicken in a pan is going to be 50% more.
