How to Make Cream Cheese Mints

Step 1:

Start by combining cream cheese, butter, salt, vanilla extract, and peppermint extract in a large bowl.

Step 2:

Using an electric mixer, beat all the ingredients together until soft and creamy. Alternatively, you can use your stand mixer.

Step 3:

Add 1 cup of powdered sugar at a time, mixing after every addition, until you get a non-sticky dough. If it’s still sticky, add a small amount of powdered sugar and mix again.
