This easy pumpkin delight recipe by Eating on a Dime on YouTube is a great dessert idea not only because it’s very delicious but also because it’s super easy to make.

This pumpkin delight can be prepared within just a couple of minutes, the only hard part is the waiting time, but if you don’t want to wait for 3 hours, then you can enjoy it right away! Step 1
In a large mixing bowl, add the flour, graham cracker crumbs, butter, and half of the pecans, then mix them until well combined, and transfer them to a 9×13-inch pan. Press it down firmly, then place it in an oven preheated at 350°F, and let it bake for about 15 minutes, set it aside to cool.
Step 2
Meanwhile, put the cream cheese and powdered sugar in a separate bowl, then beat them together until creamy and combined, add 1 cup of whipped topping, and give them a good mix until incorporated. Transfer it to the cooled crust, then spread it evenly, and set it aside.
Step 3
In another bowl, add the milk, pudding mix, canned pumpkin, pumpkin spice, and 1 cup of whipped topping, then mix them until smooth and combined, and spread it over the cream cheese layer evenly.
Step 4
Spread the remaining 1 cup of whipped topping over the previous layer, then sprinkle the remaining pecans, and let it chill in the fridge for at least 3 hours or until set. Serve chilled and enjoy!
