Baking a cake can either be very simple or complicated depending on the type of you’re making or the recipe you’re following. There are some recipes that takes more effort and ingredients but there are also ones that are easier and more convenient, especially for those who are still new to baking or have no proper machines and tools to use.

One of those recipes is this one by Emma’s Goodies on YouTube which is great if you don’t have a stand mixer or an electric hand mixer. What you can use instead is a blender which will do the job just the same and will surely make your cake come out perfectly. This is also pretty simple because all you have to do is mix everything in the blender and it’s ready for baking!

Frosting
Step 1
In a blender, add the milk, melted butter, and egg, only then can you add the sugar, flour, baking powder, vanilla, and salt, then blend the ingredients over high speed for about 10 seconds, and make sure not to overblend.
Step 2
Unplug the blender, then scrape the sides, and add the sprinkles. Give it a good stir, then grease a round cake pan, and dust it with flour before pouring in the batter.
Step 3
Add more sprinkles, then place it in an oven preheated at 160°C or 320°F, and let it bake for about 20 to 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted at the center comes out clean.
Step 4
Flip it over to a serving plate, then let it cool, and prepare the frosting. Melt the chopped chocolate in the microwave, then pour in the heavy cream, and whip them until fluffy and smooth. Frost the cake with it, then serve, and enjoy!
