Suggested seasonings:
Clean the skin of the potatoes first. Remove all the dust and soil, especially in the crevices. Rinse with water and pat dry.
Using a mandoline, slice the potatoes as thinly as possible. If you don’t have a mandoline, slice the potatoes by hand using a sharp knife.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place the thinly sliced potatoes on the parchment paper in a single layer, then lightly coat them with cooking spray or oil.
Season them however you like. You can just sprinkle salt and pepper, or use the combinations.
Place the parchment paper with the potato slices in the microwave. Microwave until they start to turn a little bit brown. Start with just 5 minutes. Make sure to keep an eye on them so they don’t burn.
Transfer to your serving plate and serve with your preferred dip. Enjoy!
