Start by preheating the oven to 350F and greasing a 9 by 5″ loaf pan.
Slice each biscuit in half and brush both sides with melted butter.
In a medium bowl, add sugars, cinnamon, and a generous pinch of salt. Mix until well combined. Coat each sliced biscuit in the cinnamon sugar mixture. Shake the excess off.
Make the first stack. Get one biscuit and add a handful of apples. Cover it with another biscuit. Repeat until you have used 1/4 of the biscuit dough. It should end with apples. Repeat the process with the remaining biscuits. The last one should end with a biscuit.
Place them in the prepared loaf pan on their sides. Layers should stand upright. The stack with the biscuit on top should be at the end.
Place the biscuits in the preheated oven and bake until they are puffy and golden for about 38 to 40 minutes. Once done baking, let it cool slightly, then remove from the baking pan.
Drizzle the warm caramel on top, then serve right away. Enjoy!
