Give this simple dinner meal a try.
Add all the ingredients in the crockpot except for the biscuits – 3 boneless chicken breasts, 1 can of cream of chicken soup, 1 cup of milk, chopped onion, diced potatoes, 1 bag of frozen mixed vegetables, chopped celery, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon of poultry seasoning, 1 teaspoon of salt, and 1/2 teaspoon of pepper.
Place the lid and cook on low for about 6 to 8 hours or on high for 3 to 4 hours.
After cooking, remove the chicken from the crockpot and place it in a bowl. Using two forks, shred the chicken into small pieces. Add back into the crock pot and stir to combine.
Bake the biscuits according to the package instructions.
Serve the chicken pot pie in a bowl while warm, then top with a biscuit. Enjoy!
