  • 1 cup of butter (melted)
  • 1 1/2 cups of packed brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs (room temperature)
  • zest of one large orange
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon of ground ginger
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon of kosher salt
  • 1 3/4 cups of all-purpose gluten-free flour blend
  • 1 cup of white chocolate chips
  • 3/4 cup of dried cranberries
  • 1 cup of white chocolate chips
  • 3/4 cup of dried cranberries

For the frosting and topping:

  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/2 cup of white chocolate chips (melted and divided)
  • 1 1/2 cups of powdered sugar
  • zest of half an orange
  • 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup of dried cranberries (chopped)

 

How to Make Starbucks Copycat Cranberry Bliss Bars

Step 1:

Start by preheating your oven to 350F and lining a 9 by 13-inch baking pan with parchment paper with overhang for easy lifting.

Step 2:

In a large bowl, add butter and brown sugar. Beat until well combined. Add eggs, orange zest, and vanilla extract. Beat until smooth.

Step 3:

Slowly beat in the gluten-free flour, ground ginger, baking powder, and salt until just combined. Make sure not to overmix.

Step 4:
