Step 1
Take the Cool Whip out of the fridge and let it soften for about 30 to 45 minutes before making the cookies. Once ready, add the softened Cool Whip to a large mixing bowl, then add the eggs as well, and whip them until combined. Add the cake mix in 3 batches making sure to beat well in between each addition until incorporated, then switch to a sturdy spoon once the batter is thick and sticky, and cover it with a lid or plastic wrap.
Step 2
Place it in the fridge, then let it chill for at least 30 minutes, and then preheat your oven to 350°F. Scoop out some dough and shape it into a ball, then roll it in powdered sugar until well coated, and place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, make sure to space them about 2 inches apart from each other.
Step 3
Place them in the preheated oven one baking sheet at a time, then let the cookies bake for about 12 to 14 minutes or until a toothpick inserted at the center comes out clean. Allow the cookies to cool for a few minutes on the baking sheet, then transfer them to a wire rack, and let them cool completely. Serve and enjoy!
