The preparation time takes about 5 minutes or less and the cooking time is 10 minutes. All you need to do is lightly pound the chicken, season it with the spices and herbs, then cook it in the air fryer. How easy is that? It’s a foolproof dish that anyone can make at home. You can serve it with potatoes, salads, green beans, roasted vegetables, soups, pasta, and rice.
In a small bowl, add kosher salt, paprika, garlic powder, herbs, and freshly ground black pepper. Mix until well combined.
Lay the chicken on a flat surface and lightly pound to flatten. Make sure not to over-pound.
Drizzle olive oil over the chicken and gently rub it all over. Sprinkle the seasoning blend on both sides. Rub it into the chicken with your hands. Making sure everything is well coated.
Place the coated chicken in the air fryer with the smooth side down. Cook for about 7 minutes at 375F. After that, flip the chicken and cook for another 3 minutes. The internal temperature should be 160F. Once done cooking, transfer to a plate and let it rest for a few minutes.
