True to its name, this dessert is truly a delight, and it tastes so good that you wouldn’t to share it. It’s also very easy to make and requires minimal baking which makes it a convenient treat to prepare. This is best served chilled and if you are planning to make this for a party or cookout, then prepare this ahead, and let it chill overnight so you can serve it the next morning.

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 400°F, then grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray, and set it aside.
Step 2
Add the crushed pretzels to a large mixing bowl, then pour in the melted butter, and add the sugar.
Step 3
Stir everything until well combined, then transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish, spread it out evenly on the bottom, and press it down firmly.
Step 4
Place it in the preheated oven, then let it bake for about 8 to 10 minutes, and then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
Step 5
In another large bowl, beat together the cream cheese and sugar until smooth and creamy, then add in the whipped topping, and fold them in until incorporated.
Step 6
Spread the mixture to the cooled pretzel crust evenly, then place it in the refrigerator, and let it chill for about 15 minutes.
Step 7
In a separate bowl, add the drained pineapple and instant vanilla pudding mix, then give them a good stir to combine, and spread it over the cream layer evenly.
Step 8
Put it back in the fridge to chill until ready to serve, then top it with cherries, and enjoy!
