How to Fluff Your Pillow by Hand

How to Fluff Pillow in the Dryer
Make sure to read the instructions on your pillow carefully to see if you can dry your pillow in the machine, some fillings will need to fluff at a low temperature to avoid damage, so follow the instructions listed on the label. You can also put a tennis ball inside a tube sock, then throw it in the dryer, and it will help break up the inside of the pillow making it fluffy.
How to Fluff a Pillow Outside
Place your pillow outside and leave it to soak in the sun and breeze, and it will re-fluff itself. This is also recommended for newly bought pillows to remove the odor which you may be sensitive to. This is also the perfect method if your pillow has accumulated moisture over time.
