To make these watermelon popsicles, you only need watermelon, sugar, and lemon juice. All you need to do is mix all the ingredients in a blender until smooth, then strain the mixture and pour them into the mold. Add the popsicle sticks, and they are ready to go inside the freezer. The hardest part is waiting for them to freeze! You don’t need a mold to make your own popsicles. If you have stainless steel glasses or any freezer-safe glasses, you can use them instead of buying molds.

Start by cutting the watermelon into small pieces and remove the seeds.
Transfer the watermelon slices to a blender then add 1/2 cup of sugar and 1 tablespoon of lemon juice.
Blend until well combined. If you find it too pale, you can add a few drops of red food coloring, but it is totally optional.
Strain the juice to remove any lumps or seeds that you might not have removed.
Fill freezer-safe glasses with the mixture then cover with aluminum foil. Make a slit in the center then insert a wooden stick.
Place them in the freezer and freeze for 8 hours or overnight. Once frozen, remove the foil and place the glass in a bowl with water for a few seconds to melt it a little bit. Twist to remove then enjoy!
