I’ve never been much of a fan of broccoli but I know how nutritious and healthy they are which is why I’ve always wanted to incorporate them in my diet plan, but I can never figure out a way to cook them to make them taste so delicious.

Not until I found this recipe idea by Clean & Delicious on YouTube, it’s a very simple dish to prepare and it makes the broccoli taste so good that you can never stop eating them. This is also the perfect recipe to make if you have lots of leftover eggs from previous cooking.
Step 1
Preheat your oven to 375°F, then grease a 10×14-inch casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray, and set it aside. Cut the broccoli into small florets, then steam them for about 2 minutes or until just tender, and transfer them to a large bowl.
Step 2
Season them with garlic powder, salt, and curry powder, then toss them until evenly seasoned, and set them aside. In a separate large bowl, add the eggs, egg whites, milk, salt, and black pepper, then beat or whisk them well until fully combined, and set the mixture aside.
Step 3
Spread the broccoli florets in the prepared casserole dish in an even layer, then sprinkle both cheese on top, and pour over the egg mixture. Place the casserole dish in the preheated oven, then allow it to bake for about 30 minutes or until the top is slightly brown and the eggs are cooked through. Serve and enjoy!
