Step 1
Place a baking rack over a baking sheet, then spread the tater tots on top in a single layer, and place them in an oven preheated at 450°F to bake for about 10 to 12 minutes. While waiting for the tater tots to bake, chop up the hot dogs into small pieces, then put them in a baking dish, and pour in the beans.
Step 2
Mix them well to combine, then spread them evenly, and heat them in the microwave on a high setting for about 4 to 5 minutes until heated through. You can also heat them up in a saucepan and on a stovetop instead, then place them back on the counter, and put the precooked tater tots on top and in a single layer.
Step 3
Put them back in the oven and let them bake for about 8 to 10 minutes until nice, golden, and bubbly, then sprinkle the cheese on top evenly, and bake it for an additional 2 to 3 minutes or until the cheese has melted. Allow it to cool for at least 5 minutes, then serve, and enjoy!
