I’ve been growing different kinds of berries in my garden for some time now and since it’s almost time for harvest, I’ve been looking for recipes that I can try with them. One of the dishes that stood out to me the most is this one by The Domestic Geek on YouTube, it’s delicious, easy, and quick to prepare.

What’s also great about this dish is that it comes in small ramekins which is already a whole serving for one person, so you can just give each serving straight to your guests without having to plate them. If you want, you can top it with ice cream and drizzle your favorite sauce, too.
Berry Filling
Oat Topping
Step 1
Preheat your oven to 350°F, then grease 6 small oven-safe ramekins, and set them aside. In a large mixing bowl, add the strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, and raspberries, then add in the granulated sugar, flour, and lemon juice, and give them a good mix until evenly coated. Divide the berry mixture into the prepared ramekins evenly, then set them aside, and prepare the oat topping.
Step 2
In another large bowl, add the oats, flour, brown sugar, and melted butter, then give them a good mix to combine, and put them on top of each berry mixture on the ramekin dividing them evenly. Place them in the preheated oven, then allow them to bake for about 25 to 30 minutes or until crispy and golden brown, and let them cool for at least 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
